This will make some of you guys laugh, This is what we have to put up with in the UK
A premier like Gordon Brown ![]() Have you seen his latest You tube video?? about the theiving MP's expenses fiddle http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TTE6cTBrGcA Gordon Brown recorded this video to show everyone how he's been listening to the concerns of people in Britain. However, the original Youtube video that he uploaded didn't allow any comments. For a Government to tell us how much it 'listens' and then disallow people from giving honest feedback seems quite hypocritical. You're not even allowed to post a video response! ![]() This is what he looks like when he's not high on drugs ![]() God help us Edit, A guy on my forum has just sent me this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EsHzz...eature=related Poor old Hitler has been cast into the role of our happy chappie prime minister Gordon "Dead man walking" Brown. Share the innermost thoughts of one of Britains shortest reigning Prime Ministers as portrayed by Germanys finist actors Adolf "Heil" Hitler so funny ![]() ![]() Warning: Contains some adult content, not suitable for minors, or those of a nervous disposition. |

When you see how this government are slowly robbing the normal working class it certainly makes you wonder. Mind you, Nothing personal mate, but i don't know what a Scotsman is doing running England, Its Like a Candian running the USA. I have quite a few scottish mates and they all hate Gordon. The BNP certainly have a good agenda on immigration ![]() |

i agree about gordon brown running england, but on the other hand its like an englishman running scotland, yes we have a parliment, but they dont have enough power to create our own laws etc and are ruled by the uk government still.
I do not like gordon brown but then again i dont like most parties political aganda's. Tony Blair should've been made to have an election when he stepped down at the very least he should've had a vote about who led the country. This might not go down very well but there are too many spongers on the benifits system in this country, I mean lets take a recent topic the gurkahs(sp) this government tried to keep the gurkahs from staying in this country, but they'll allow hate preaching suicide bomber towting scum to stay here claiming £25,000 a year benifits and he's given a house! This country is indeed gone to the dogs and something needs to be done before its too late)if it isnt already) and taht may indeed be the BNP! |

Not bad for a self confessed terrrorist, yet people like the Gurkahs, get paid peanuts and are prepared to die for england, get turned away, That makes me sick, One Hand the Gurkah wants to fight for England and the above wants to fight england full stop. The Goverment did relent and decide that the gurkahs could stay but only if they passed a test which was almost impossible to get right, if that had been provided for the illegal immigrants, it would of been seen as being racist. I'm glad now following a public outcry the gurkahs can now stay in the UK ![]() I have a lot of respect for them, being ex army, myself, They deserve what they are owed, for those of you who don't know about the gurkahs heres a little history lesson ![]() Gurkhas have been part of the British Army for almost 200 years, but who are these fearsome Nepalese fighters? "Better to die than be a coward" is the motto of the world-famous Nepalese Gurkha soldiers who are an integral part of the British Army. They still carry into battle their traditional weapon - an 18-inch long curved knife known as the kukri. In times past, it was said that once a kukri was drawn in battle, it had to "taste blood" - if not, its owner had to cut himself before returning it to its sheath. Now, the Gurkhas say, it is used mainly for cooking. The potential of these warriors was first realised by the British at the height of their empire-building in the last century. The Victorians identified them as a "martial race", perceiving in them particularly masculine qualities of toughness. Bravest of the brave, most generous of the generous, never had a country more faithful friends than you After suffering heavy casualties in the invasion of Nepal, the British East India Company signed a hasty peace deal in 1815, which also allowed it to recruit from the ranks of the former enemy. Following the partition of India in 1947, an agreement between Nepal, India and Britain meant four Gurkha regiments from the Indian army were transferred to the British Army, eventually becoming the Gurkha Brigade. Since then, the Gurkhas have loyally fought for the British all over the world, receiving 13 Victoria Crosses between them. More than 200,000 fought in the two world wars and in the past 50 years, they have served in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Borneo, Cyprus, the Falklands, Kosovo and now in Iraq and Afghanistan. Gurkhas with the emblem of the feared kukri behind them They serve in a variety of roles, mainly in the infantry but with significant numbers of engineers, logisticians and signals specialists. The name "Gurkha" comes from the hill town of Gorkha from which the Nepalese kingdom had expanded. The ranks have always been dominated by four ethnic groups, the Gurungs and Magars from central Nepal, the Rais and Limbus from the east, who live in hill villages of impoverished hill farmers. They keep to their Nepalese customs and beliefs, and the brigade follows religious festivals such as Dashain, in which - in Nepal, not the UK - goats and buffaloes are sacrificed. But their numbers have been sharply reduced from a World War II peak of 112,000 men, and now stand at about 3,500. During the two World Wars 43,000 young men lost their lives. The Gurkhas are now based at Shorncliffe near Folkestone, Kent - but they do not become British citizens. The soldiers are still selected from young men living in the hills of Nepal - with about 28,000 youths tackling the selection procedure for just over 200 places each year. If there was a minute's silence for every Gurkha casualty from World War II alone, we would have to keep quiet for two weeks The selection process has been described as one of the toughest in the world and is fiercely contested. Young hopefuls have to run uphill for 40 minutes carrying a wicker basket on their back filled with rocks weighing 70lbs. Prince Harry lived with a Gurkha battalion during his 10 weeks in Afghanistan. There is said to be a cultural affinity between Gurkhas and the Afghan people which is beneficial to the British Army effort there. |

Yeah but everyone hated Blair - and thatcher and Major before Brown.
Lets face it - no matter who is in power we gonna hate them. Name one prime minister who has put this countrys Interest first ? As for the Gurkhas - the sad thing is - immigrants can come here in their thousands and sponge off our system yet people who fight and die for this country are treated worse than dogs - dont figure. The future of britain looks very bleak indeed because when Brown goes another ***hole will replace him. Also im fed up with the EU telling us what we can and cant do - do them tossers not relise they owe this country more than we ever owe them. Seeing as im in a ranting mood what about somalia pirates - id just send the british ships over there and bomb their bases from the sea.But no instead we pay them millions in ransoms so they can hire more men and buy more weapons to rob bigger ships. Oh and i hate paying council tax as well, just what the hell does my tax in my wage cover then ???? I hate paying for a tv license so the BBc can be guranteed funds to make more crappy programs.(wheres the attitude ìf i want it,ill pay for it`) Should`nt we have the choice instead of being forced to pay for something we may not want. |

@lasto - yea ppl hated BLair, Thatcher and Major, but its funny cause a lot of people say that britain wouldnt be in this mess if Thatcher were still in power and i've even heard calls for her to come back!
You are right when you say not one prime minister has put the interests of this country first, its all political aganda, i firmly believe that the voting process should be more often, say every year, this would hopefully make the political parties a little more interested in doing their jobs! The scandal with the expences is also worrying, if these elected people, blatantly bend and break the rules with no orm of punishment then of course they'll keep breaking the rules! Its about time one party rises to the occasion so to speak and leads this country properly, and listens to the british public, alas i dont think labour will be in power come the next election! ![]() |

Wow, it seems like everyone hates Gordon Brown. Every British person on my forum can't see that name mentioned or they go on a rant. It's a shame. So then the PM isn't elected? I used to know all this, but it's been a while. How exactly are the PMs chosen if they all suck?
