haha dude I think you should choose your wordings correctly.. and "THINK" before saying something....!
Its not about being lazy.. Its about being confused AFTER reading there TOS.. You cannot just "assume" that I or someone who is asking about something has not read about it before asking....

Some people also like to clarify (after they have read something) not once but thousands of times before taking any further steps...!

I've made a good deal off of adsense and I can honestly say that I've never once read the TOS.

I'm willing to bet you've never read the whole thing either.

I see valid points on both sides
but regardless, if you are running a site with pirated scripts, you are not allowed to run google adsense period!
