I use gamefly and today while at their site, I noticed they have an Affiliate Program. Their page.
From what I read, it appears fairly simple. Your users use your link to sign up for a free trial. Once they sign up for the trial, you get some money. Has anyone tried this? Any input? It seems legit (seeing as it's from a major company) but they go through Commission Junction which I have no experience with. |

ask for subscription on your site instead, your users will be proud to pay you a little 5$ to help you run your site, instead of helping another company which will give you 50¢...

True, I've considered that as well... As I haven't looked too much into it, they're claiming to pay $15-$25 per person that signs up. (They suggest if you feel you can do more than 500 a month, then contact them and get up to $30 a user)
Since my website is 99.99% gamers, this is something that is plausible for us. |

for the 15$ per person, these persons have to purchase a package of some sort... it's an affiliate engine, they are not recording free accounts but the paid one... or where would they find the cash...
and if they ask you to contact them to be paid more, i suppose they are crap... when a affiliate software know when you hit 500 records, it's automatic they can raise your incomes... |
