Login intergration help???

I am not sure if I am asking the right title... but here is what I want to do.

I have a seperate html page for my site that I want people to have to login to be able to access this page since the page will be for paid subscribers of the site. Maybe like a popup login ....somewhat similar to what "flashchat" does but on a different page.
