I dunno. Sounds like twice the work. Don't you trust your mods? And, if a member deletes their own post, are you supposed to overrule them and put the post back??? Makes no sense.
My forum has some problems recently. There is one moderator suddenly deleted all his posts/threads, but he said that he didn't do it in genuineness. And there are also some members suddenly delete own threads/posts whenever they like , even though they just initiate the topic, and having lot of people develop it
(My opinion, I think once the posts are on the forum, they are the material of forum, so management team has responsibility in keeping up.)
