1. Create a .htaccess file in the desired folder of your choice, ie.. "admincp"

2. Edit the file & add the following, correcting the IP's that you want to have access to that folder.

order deny,allow
deny from all
allow from xx.xx.xx.xx

Replace the xx's with the IP's you want having access, new allow line per IP.

Resave to server
