Is there such thing as a PM template?

Hi there,

I run a Habbo based forum and sometimes my staff have to send PMs out to their team.

I have a user group called "Management" - where all management members are part of.

In the private message function, is there such a thing where a template can be used for sending out a message to their individual staff members instead of writing everything out?

For example:

"Welcome to the blablabla team.

Your details for the news control panel is:
*part to insert details here*
"

? - just something which is pre-written and by a click of a button it'll show up and you can edit the details.

I have seen something similar, but not for PMs specifically. One is a Stencil Hack which is for new threads/posts but I imagine it could be modified for PMs. The other is called something like Post Templates, but again I think it's for posts, not PMs but it could be modified I would guess.
