Right now I believe, maybe I'm missing it, you can set a forum so users can see the forum but not the thread titles.

Is there a setting or hack to allow them to see the forum and thread titles but not post content?

Set 'Can View Thread Content' in the forum permissions to No.

Let's make it a bit more complicated... What if I wanted ALL users to be able to view thread titles but only the thread starters to have access to the thread content ?
