Add to your postbit_legacy template:
FIND:

$template_hook[postbit_userinfo_right]

ADD ABOVE:

<if condition="is_member_of($vbulletin->userinfo, X)"><div>
<img src="PATH_TO_IMAGE" alt="Vertified" /></div></if>

Replace X with the usergroup ids.
Replace PATH_TO_IMAGE with your path to the image.
