Hi,

How exactly do I go about assigning moderators to a certian forum?

From Admin Control Panel, click the "Forums and Moderators"

Then choose the "Add Moderator" option in the menu at the right of the forums.

Forum Mananger > select Add Moderator in the Moderators drop down box > Go.
