Dear all,
Nice day to you

I have a little question and really need your help.
I am a Administrator of the academic forum. And the members join in here are very diverse, that include a lot of types, such as PhD, MSc, Bachelor ... (classified by degree).
So, I want to add the checked option in registration process, and the registering member must check one of options listed. For example:

*PhD *MSc *Bachelor *Lecturer *Teacher *High-school *Business *Technician in lab ...

And more, I also want to force all old members must check their profile again (update profile) after loging in to forum.
How can I do?
