I've been searching for a long time and see nothing for 3.8.

If anyone knows of a user warning plugin like vbpunch would you please direct me in the right direction?

I haven't seen one and I didn't find anything by searching...

Clicking on "give infraction", checking "warning" and typing in an (optional) message doesn't work well enough?

Yeah, we can do that but the vbpunch was nice cause it would just wake a person up and let them know to calm down...

Like a heads up without the infraction.

Infractions can be set up to allow "Warnings," that when checked still work like infractions but without points.
