How to update profile field from a cellphone/pda/iPhone?

Im trying to create a PDA friendly splash page where someone can quickly update the profile field I created called "Whats on Your Mind?" but the little javascript pencil is no where to be seen so they cant update the field...

Any ideas how I can make the Profile field editable for my phone users (which are a growing market for all of us)

Damn I want people to be able to quickly let all their friends know what they're up to (ala facebook)
