i felt bad you didn't get a reply for 9 days, so here ya go...a little review / things for you to think about. just my thoughts, only constructive criticism / questions for you.

my thoughts..

plain and basic, doesn't look better or stand out from any other health forums out there. what makes your better than the rest? what on your forum makes users want to register and become active participants? i recommend you get a custom design, something that really separates your forum from your competitors. also some custom functionality...

I think the colors and layout is great. I do question however if the right side columns are needed. I really dont think they are.

It is not a VB3 engine, just a parsed copy!
