Fatal Error Could not open C:\Inetpub\vhosts\b********.com\httpdocs\/includes/xml/cpnav_vbulletin.xml

i am getting this error at acp and can't do anything. all i can to is login that's all. any idea pls.

You don't have your forum path set correctly in config.php. Go back and fix that. There should not be a '\' character at the end.
