no this works only with div's and the mouseover ballon with jquery...

description how to do a bar like that you will find on my blog. (german) but the code is the same...

well the chat loads every 10 seconds and only if it's open. but you can change the refresh to what ever you want!

If you want to install that on your own forum, I can create a product, but not today have to finish a website for a customer and the deadline is today...
