Wow, nice skin, I click the link and the banner just HITS me, thats good, leaves the impression in my head, means I won't forget it soon.

Notices, I think that it's too long, maybe add a <small> tag to your notice HTML, and not so many <br />'s

Your slogan doesn't really make sense to me, "What goes around, comes around", but other than that, I like it.

I'm glad you like the skin - I've tried to repeat the essential elements of it across any other media I use to promote the site as well (eg. Facebook group, Twitter account, print work etc.) and it seems to work quite well across all.

I've reduced the notice sizes and amended the tagline (you are right - my original is a little existential!).
