rewrite links

there is a mod somewhere on here, i cant seem to find it.

what its doing is when a link is posted on the forum, it rewrites the link to whatever you want. what i am seeing this mod do on other forums is:

1. link is posted - www.test.com
2. link is made into - http://www.stats.com/whatever.php?http:///www.test.com

the initial link is being rewrote to goto a stats page or even a forwarding page.

what mod is this??
