That is not Vbulletin proprietary.
-What addons have you added onto your Vbulletin?
-What version of Vbulletin are you using?
-Is this a fresh installation?
-How many users have access to your admin control panel?
-Is your username/password easy?
-Where did Google say they received this at?

Answering these questions will allow us to better support you!

From looking at the code snippet you provided, you have multiple XSS vulnerabilities, which appears that Google red-flags to protect yourself and others.
