i.e. If person A posts "BLAH"
person B quotes A and adds "Hello?" then if person C quotes B, the quote by A "BLAH" gets automatically removed, because it's 2 levels deep then (quote/quote/post). How can I increase this to 3, so that "BLAH" still is quoted for person C, but if person D then tries to quote C "BLAH" -is- removed after all, because it's 3 levels then? Ugh I suck at explaining this, but I'm sure it's clear... |

If you're new to the thread, you're reading the thread scrolling down; so by the time you see the third message, you've probably already read the previous two. And if you're not new to the thread, you probably already know what the quote is in reference to, having read it already.

Because on the Infogrames forums, there is a lot of quoting, and it's not uncommon that someone quotes something from page 4 but that post appears on page 6, so then it's a total pain in the ass to search back 2 pages to see what the hell the user was responding to in the first place.
