SpamBots Still Registering, run 3.7.3 and have all spam-prevention mods installed.

I have all of the spam prevention mods installed, I have 3.7.3, yet the spambots ARE STILL REGISTERING! I have been dealing with them ever since my forum first opened. Please help!

Have you tried reCaptcha? It works wonders :up:
Since you have 3.7 it's already installed, just go to http://recaptcha.net/ to get your unique key.

Have you tried the "No Spam" modification.

Create ten different questions. Each registration then sees a different question.
Just having one question isn't sufficient.

It works well for me.

That's the first thing I tried, it helped, then they strated coming through AGAIN. Then I used the thing that records how long it takes them to register, that helped alot, but they started coming AGAIN.

Use Is Bot. I love that mod. I have the email notification turned off because I would get 100 emails a day about spam registrations (yes, literally - I turned off the emails yesterday cuz I was wondering if maybe the spambots had stopped and I got 24 emails in a bit less than 6 hours). We hardly ever have to worry about spam.
