Add-On Releases - Radio and TV Player 3.8.x

This will add a fully featured Radio and TV Streaming Player with stations library to your forum.

Features:
- Users can add / delete / edit own stations (controlled by usergroup permissions)
- Users can have a favorite stations list
- Report broken / duplicate stations links
- Totally coded in AJAX (no page reloads)
- Plays Windows Media Player, Real Player and Quicktime streams
- Shows user's favorites and last played station in profile page
- and much more...

Installation is easy. You need to upload some files, import a product, import the default stations (if you wish) and make only two manual navbar template edits, one for the popup link and another for the javascript that opens the popup. This is optional and the link can be put elsewhere, just remember to also add the javascript on the same page.

This mod is "Re-usable Code", meaning you can modify and release your modified version.

You are responsible for the streams you add to your website. The mod author doesn't take responsibility for possible copyright infringements in some countries by using some stations.

Arabic and Chinese don't work with Ajax, so this mod won't work, sorry.

This mod took roughly two weeks to code, so it should be somewhat good and bug free

I belive someone posted some code that would enable the Radio and TV Player to open in regular vBulletin HTML pages (instead of in a popup like defualt).

Was this post and this code removed? I would like to try it out.

oh seems its a bug in libxml. anyway, that options link is just to facilitate things, you can access the radio options easily going to it using the vBulletin Options, so it's no real big deal (for the radio mod anyway).

@KURTZ : I am assuming by the link you posted a couple posts back that Vb is stating this &amp issue is php related then and not able to be fixed without the new version of php and/or going back a version in the lib.xml? you can try chaging & for & in cpnav, if doesnt work theres nothing I can do as the link needs that to open

Yes, seems to be. I just installed it yesterday and went to read emails and saw I started to get warnings. What I have not determined is what the users are doing to create that error. No one has complained about having an issue yet the errors come; you can be sure that if something wasn't working I would hear about it...

I posted a pic. I assume those are the categories you speak of? I did not do any manual database edits. As far as when, I really am not sure. There have been not reports of users having issues other than a few inoperative links. It seems to work overall.

Noticed while viewing that this particular site showed to our users as inoperative. It works for me fine but according to firebug (a FF addon) this is the information it shows.

just upgraded the libxml @ 2.7.3 and the php @ 5.2.9 and the trouble is gone

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but if a dead station is deleted but it was in a user's favorites list, it leaves a blank row with a remove link. When you click remove, you get "Error: 'noid' is undefined noid" and you can't remove it.
