It appears that they are either using large images for their "post icons" or its a hack to use specific "post icons" in a specific forum, you could try a search for "post icons" in the thread title only here at vb.org

Yes, as i stated, that looks like they are using a modified post icon or they are just using alternate images for post icons.

do a search here for "post icons"
