I'm not sure if that Scheduled Task is needed if you have "Update Attachment Views Immediately" set to Yes. For large, busy forums, it is recommended to have that set to No.

Anyway, since you have it set to Yes, try disabling the Scheduled Task and then see if your other Scheduled Tasks will start to run.

Do you get error messages sent to you or logged somewhere? It would be useful to see what is erroring out on that script. Maybe a timeout thing, but server stuff isn't really my area. I'm guessing Marco will know what is going on.
