OK i have made a notice in the latest VB but it does not SHow up
Im using a custom skin...i figured thats pro why but then i just put my default VB style back up(the main vb default style) and still the notices do not show up even in the default skin i also have all the ""display if" options correct if there maybe another place i have to activate this option? |

If you are already using the default vBulletin style with no template edits, please add this to the end of your config.php, this will disable all modifications:

Well im not "using" the default template (i just checked to see if the notices were showing on the default) i using my custom but the Notices are not showing on Neither Default or custom and the Default is strictly Defaults there is no mods done to the default template
