Convert a style from phpbb3 to vB?

You will need HTML and CSS skills to complete a task like this.

Copy the header syntax and the footer syntax. Copy the css, and reconfigure any and all image paths. Most images will need to be renamed in order to show up on vbulletin. I suggest you start with the standard default vb buttons and images and then replace them individually with the icons from the phpbb3 skin u want to use.

This is a timely process if you are not familiar with phpbb3 templates.
