[discontinued] Paganis vB38

This skin was actually requested by a member of my Coven, but the terms of my doing non-commercial requests is that the skin is also made public, so here it is.
This will not suite many sites I shouldn't imagine as it was designed under 'very' exacting requirements and I am not prepared to altered it radically to better suit other users. You are free to alter this skin as you see fit for your own site of course, but as with all skins this took a great deal of time to create and I have spent as much time on this one skin as I am prepared to.

I'm sorry to have to say that I will not be able to support my vBulletin skins any more, my license expires soon and we (my wife and I) cannot afford to renew it.
I had big plans for working with vBulletin skins, I have tons of development skin ideas too, but it's got to come to an end.
I'm going to have to go back to using phpBB3 and put those new skin concepts to use there instead, it's free you see, no license fees, sadly I hate phpBB3, it's as excrement as compared to cream when I consider vBulletin, but I have no choice.
I'll miss working with vBulletin skins, still, there it is, I wish you all well, take good care of yourselves, may peace be yours through all you endeavour to do.

Three custom templates have problems (footer, moderation_posts, & socialgroups_css) plus this is another one...the chat room's too big & it's giving me 2 scrollbars.

Hello all, good news and bad news, I am back on the scene, that's the good news.

Yup, I was registered as ChaosBurnt, that's right it's me, I didn't want to continue with that username and renewing the license under that name just got all weird on me. The bad news is I have a long way to go in setting my new site up, I've just today purchased a new license (?63 these days for a new license, it nearly caused me to not bother, talk about stitched up!)

I'm going to have to re-post all of my designs here under my new name unless a moderator here would be kind enough to transfer the threads to my new username. If any moderator wants to confirm I am who I say I am then just reply here saying as much, you could then PM me under ChaosBurnt and I can reply to the PM in that account.

I finally figured out to add my old email address to the license!

I am no longer going to provide this skin through the username of ChaosBurnt, I am going to be releasing my old skins and all new ones under the username of Phantasmagoric.

The downloads are going to be removed from the thread user the username of ChaosBurnt, continued support will be provided by me under the username of Phantasmagoric.

Updated skins and all new skins coming soon!
