Troubleshooting Server Requirements:
PHP 5
If you get an error:
Code:
The Facebook Connect cross-domain receiver URL http://www.SITEURL.com/xd_receiver.h...%220.699%22%7D must have the application's callback URL http://www.SITEURL.com/forums/ as a prefix. You can configure the callback URL in the application's settings.
Means that there is something wrong with your callback URL. Your callback URL must be where xd_receiver.htm is; so when you enter [callbackurl]/xd_receiver.htm into your browser you should see a blank page (not a 404 page not found error or anything else).
If you get a continues this means there is a javascript error. Make sure you've done all the template edits correctly (especially footer & navbar). Clear your cache and reload the page.
If nothing happens when you click the Facebook Connect button make sure your callback url domain is the same as you forum domain (the one set in your forum settings) - more specifically make sure that there is a www (or isn't) in both domains.
Many more features may be implemented in the future so keep checking for updates.

I've never set it up to redirect when I post. It doesn't redirect any other time, and never redirected until I installed this mod.
I disable this mod, and its fine. I enable it and I get the redirect when using the quick reply.
If no others are having this issue, must be unique to my site.
I even tried this on a clean style. Still the same thing.
I just checked my settings and I have "Remove Redirection Message Pages" set to "Yes."
I'm going to install this on another site to see if maybe something else is causing it. Maybe another mod or something.
could be a template edit causing it then with this mod. i know my site has the redirect msg without this mod installed. im still kinda new to VB so i cant offer a lot of help. there might be some compatibility issues between this mod and others still. sorry i couldnt help more
When I go to admincp/fbconnect_datamap.php and admincp/fbconnect_registertemplates.php I get a blank white page even though both pages are listed in the admincp directory. Any ideas?
I just noticed, there is an uncached template when viewing a thread. fbconnect_qr_prepare_submit this is throwing my queries through the roof! For some reason it's adding over 8 queries to my showthread. Which is weird... hahah
I get this error when clicking News-Feed Templates,
Quote:
Warning: include_once(jsonwrapper/jsonwrapper.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/facebookapi_php5_restlib.php on line 34
Warning: include_once() [function.include]: Failed opening 'jsonwrapper/jsonwrapper.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in [path]/facebookapi_php5_restlib.php on line 34

4) At login screen of VB i click the fbconnect button and accociate the two accounts
5) Succesfull login at VB.
6) Post somthing in iVB but cannot see it in FB
I get this error when clicking News-Feed Templates,
Warning: include_once(jsonwrapper/jsonwrapper.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/facebookapi_php5_restlib.php on line 34
Warning: include_once() [function.include]: Failed opening 'jsonwrapper/jsonwrapper.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in [path]/facebookapi_php5_restlib.php on line 34
