Where do I go to Change link in Control Panel

Well, I found this --

<if condition="$show['socialgroupslink']">

in USERCP_SHELL

so the question is, where do I go to edit the socialgroupslink and make it point to something
else instead of groups.php

Sorry if this is getting tedious, I appreciate your help!
