opps ! sorry i forget when i go to member list it redirect me to the forum home ?

when i told him about redirect he told me there is bug in member list in 3.6.8 ?

how he did that ?

I don't recall any bugs about that issue. However, you should upgrade to at least 3.6.12, as there will be bug fixes as well as security fixes.
