here is my advice! if you restore or upgrade you wont get your old skin back, and you will have your default skin right so instead of that I give you a alternative
First step: check you uploaded rightly and u are sure u done it rightly then step two: go to style and templates---> download or upload styles---> Title for Uploaded Style = "some name"----> click import and you will have your new vbulletin default skin then go to vbulletin options style and language settings set your new skin to default check if its displaying all the things rightly if it does not work then restore regards |

ok i will restore i have cpanel i remember to restore go Backup Wizard - restore - MySQL Database - upload the folder right ? my regards |

but its useless..
just remove the files and load up new vbulletin and point the config to your database and install the forums why would u need the database? but yes for security reasons take a back up. regards |
