I really love vbulletin.org style and I would love similar style but I cannot afford 2 million for that :P plus who will spend 2 million on a style perhaps you should consider reducing the price
The style can be duplicated rather easily in some parts, the header template/navbar would probably be the only real challenge.
Ask the skin designer if its okay if you can use some of his code to help guide you along the way.
