Can anyone tell me what are the php extensions that are REALLY required for vB to proper operate?
Thanks in advance! |

I believe gd library would be the only required one (or imagemagick), but really I have no idea.
I've installed several boards on several servers, new and old and I've never had any problems because certain extensions were unavailable. |

Not sure though, but i think you can run it with just a regular old version of php that vBulletin needs. |

I asked this because in my setup (win2003 Server/FastGCI/PHP 5.2.8), the php executable are using more than 20 MB RAM for every instance. So I have 10 instances of it, it will use more than 100 MB RAM. That´s too much! This can´t be normal...
So maybe I can disable some extensions to help. |
