Ever since upgrading my forums to 3.8 all my users are going nuts that they have to log in each time despite clicking the remember me box. I have tried everything and searched these forums as well as several others, but cannot seem to find any advice other than people saying, "check the remember me box" Ya, that's not working. LOL!

Any advice?

How about your cookie paths? (vboptions > cookies etc) Are they all default?

Yes, they are. I have run a vb forum since 2001 and they have always been like that. This is the first time I have ever had this problem.

What is the URL set in vBulletin Options (General Settings)? If users login through that URL, does this still occur? (Take note of "www", etc.)

To troubleshoot this, please create a new Style with no Parent set. Now browse the forum using this new style, do you still have the same problems? If you are troubleshooting login or guest issues, you will need to set this style as board default in the vBulletin Options.

There is no www and it is still doing it.

I will create a new default style and test that.

My members are having the same issues .. I am in dire search of a fix ... I run two vB sites. I am only having problems on the NEW site, which was installed FRESH with 3.8. My other one has no issues.

I ended up fixing it by manually going into my cookies, deleting the cookie, then going back to my site and logging in.
