It's all over the forum and it is really ugly. How can i change the colour of this?? Any help is appreciated thank you. (the borders i am talking about)

It's probably a background you have for a certain part of the site, example a forum category.
Just remove it and place the black color instead and it should be gone.

I could be wrong.

Its the fieldset borders.
just edit your css and look for .fieldset and add border with a dark color to it.
same with the input box borders.
