How to enter query data like Access database

Is there a mod that allows you to have an area were someone can enter a daily report for example. Then the daily reports can be accumulated into weekly reports then into monthly reports then queried like in an Access database?

Lets say:

what you ate for lunch.

How many lbs you ate.

The location of were you ate.

etc...

Just examples. Just looking or a way to database daily activities that are not directly related to the forum itself. Then be able to query the results or generate a report.

No. I don't want to pull data out of threads. I want to add some user inputs to a sidebar (for example) that would put the input data into a database. Then for example - once a week generate a report, or be able to query specific data when needed. I'm looking for a way for a logged in user to input specific data into a database. Then an admin can access the data to print reports or query specific data.

You are asking for something very specific to your site. This will not exist already. You will either ned to code it yourself, or find someone who wants to do it for you.
