disable vcard and enable visitor profile messaging

Hello,

I wanted to disable download vcard option and instant messaging ids from member profile.

I couldnt yet find a way but in the process I have somehow disabled visitor messaging for members.

Can you tell me how to renable visitor messaging and how to disable vcard download ?
