Seperate Panel
I don't know if this is possible... but there is a Mod and an Admin Panel. It would be nice to have a third panel that you could give certain abilities to. It would be nicer then having to give people the admin panel with restricted access. You could give them same options as admin panel, but when entering it would be listed as Special rather then Mod or Admin.

In order for someone to take the time to write the modification, they usually would have to feel that it would be beneficial to themselves in someway. So, maybe most people are happy with the two mod panels that already exist.
