its an owned license

and if my license expired

can i still download Stuff from vb.org

or i have to renew my license den i can download????

You will still have access to vBulletin.org even if your license has expired.

There would really be no reason, if your license aggrement ends, why download anything?

PS. Your "License Agreement" on an owned license does not end until you dispose of it.
