is there or can anyone create a script that adds an option to rate a mod? should be easy.

Well i made a hack that allows registered members to rate eachother from 1-10 and then display their rating in their profile, but it wouldnt be hard to modify it to your needs, though I'm not going to release this hack, you should try makin it yourself it isnt that hard because the coding part of it is very simple.
