I tried to do this myself but I couldn't manage to figure out user.php and memberlist.php. Anyone have a hack for this?

What do you mean by custom field?

I guess he means custum User profile fields

Yeh.. that's what I mean. They show up in user.php as 'field1' 'field2', ect.
