It's quite empty, but I sort of like it (can't say anything otherwise of course, since I'm working for http://www.vbstyles.com)
 However for a Facebook/Myspace forums it is definitely 'matching'.Personally I would go for the use of 'Thread Prefixes' instead of the use of massive sub-forums. I case you will be continuing the sub-forums, please chance the icon of it to something matching. Also I suggest do make your header image a link to forumhome. After this I can only suggest loads and loads of original content

Thanks a lot for your review and about the contents it's the users job i think, i don't think the admin have to put contents in this type of sites, it would be great if you can help me in the contents and letting people know about this site.

No, but it's the admins job to make visitors WANT to sign up and use their site over myspace/facebook (if that's who you want to try and compete with). Right now, your site doesn't offer anything other than vBulletin..
Sorry, but -- boring. Everyone and their dog has vBulletin. What makes yours stand out from the rest? What makes people want to join your site? You need to think of something. Most visitors aren't going to join an empty website and fill it up with content. It's just not going to happen. Keep your eye on the bounce rate percentage from Google Analytics.
