Logging In Problem Pls Help

ok wat happened is i bought a new domain name and to which i wanted to move the whole forum to, as i used the same hosting space for the current one all the files were automatically transferred to the new domain name as well,

Now the original domain works perfect, the other one, if i the admin logs in, it says welcome to the board,,,,,,, but then returns u to the index page not logged in at all,

So thats why i tried the fix_login.php script, but i got the error mentioned above,

So currently forum is alive on original domain but on the new one no one is able to log in..
