The requested language does not exist

Fatal error: The requested language does not exist, reset via tools.php. in [path]/includes/(different for every user, includes.php, functions.php, class_core.php) on line (different per file)

Now, I got Tools.php from the do_not_upload folder, put it in forum-root/admincp/ and reset the language, and i now get a blank screen...
