Looking for custom glossy Vbulletin images and a banner

I know it says (Unpaid) after styling and graphics. What I will be asking below, I feel I might have to pay for it. With this said, could someone point me in the direction of a good designer that I can pay to have this done.

First off, I do not need any coding done. I already have 3.7.3 version of Vbulletin installed and a basic custom skin.

I just need my theme of my website to come out by having a graphic designer put together a banner to go with my theme and all the Vbulletin images to be a glossy color to go with my theme and my colors.

I will be able to place all these images and the banner into my skin to save me some money.

Here is some information to give you an idea on what I am looking for. There are some other images I left out. But below are the main ones that need to be done.

GLOSSY COLORS:

That link has the wrong theme. My theme is Movies, Video Games and Computers. I would need my white theme pictures to go in those glossy blue and green squares. Here is a link to two of my themes.

I have a membership with Istockphoto. I can buy those images and send them to a designer to make them fit in the table. But I rather have a smaller silver/grey liner around those glossy squares with a picture of my theme in them.

BANNER INFORMATION:

This will be a fixed vbulletin skin. The banner needs to be 850 pixels wide. The height can be what ever looks better with the banner.

Here is what I was thinking for the banner look. The banner would have a wide screen TV in the middle of the banner. On the tv screen will be the wording of my website name "Home Entertainment Club" and my slogen.

Below this TV would be this picture link with just the people and cut out the tv in this picture link. Aslo you might need to turn the people a little to make them fit straight across.

Now to bring out video games and computers, you can put these two picture links on the sides of the TV, by having them look something like a cloud coming out of a person's head on what they are thinking. BUT you would have these pictures coming out of the TV with lines or a trail or something to show it coming from the TV.

This is just some ideas I have going in my head to put this all together. Hope someone will take their time to help me put this together. I have a lot of work to do on this and I need all the help I can get.
