search error when using $includedphp

I'm also noticing that disabling the plugin doesn't immediately get rid of the problem, sometimes it stays for a minute, sometimes just 5 seconds. This is also the same way when enabling it, sometimes after enabling the plugin, it doesn't show up until a minute or two.. The error also tends to alternate between general search pages and "new posts". Very confusing, very frustrating.

Could this somehow be caused by a file or files within my forums root that are a part of a third parting software that are calling a variable that has already been set by VB?
