No, but it's the admins job to make visitors WANT to sign up and use their site over myspace/facebook (if that's who you want to try and compete with). Right now, your site doesn't offer anything other than vBulletin..
Sorry, but -- boring. Everyone and their dog has vBulletin. What makes yours stand out from the rest? What makes people want to join your site? You need to think of something. Most visitors aren't going to join an empty website and fill it up with content. It's just not going to happen.
Keep your eye on the bounce rate percentage from Google Analytics.
