How do i manage an arcade system?

I wanted to install an arcade inside my forum but my co-admin refused saying is not easy to manage and stuffs..etc.

I have not tried installing yet, but i intend to do it in the next couple of days. Is an arcade system really hard to manage?

No it should not be that hard to manage (if there is anything to manage at all). But for a better answer you should ask in the thread/forum of the arcade you want to use.

I'm using the arcade system and it's easy to manage.
Not much coding in your end.
