It seems that you have chosen to use the file system for attachment storage? You need to make sure that directory is writeable to and readable from (CHMOD 777).

i was already check my dir in CHMOD 777.always correct but this error will appear

Check your tmp/temp folder that it too is writable and not full perhaps?

The tmp folder is a system owned folder, I didn't know if you own a server or are on shared hosting. It was a reach anyway. It's unusual.
Do you store files in the file system? If so what folder? I get the impression, again a guess, you are not setting the correct folder to 777. |
