Move blogs between users ?

How can I move blogs between 2 users ? I wrote some blogs on my userid but I want to move the blogs to another user. This user will have a "group blog" and more people will be able to post in it. What should I do to make the move ?

I checked the blog tables and it seems that there are several tables that I need to modify like "blog", "blog_category", "blog_categoryuser" aso. Are there some instructions on how to proceed ?
